Hacking the Loop

Simon Stålenhag (www.simonstalenhag.se) was kind enough to let me use one of his pieces as inspiration and reference for this school project. Very fun challenge to translate his amazing art to 3d and recreate the mood and setting of the piece.

Modeled in Maya, textured in photoshop and substance painter, built and rendered in Unreal Engine 4 (the robot on the final image is from marmoset).
